Individual
Therapy
I offer a supportive, confidential space where you can speak openly and feel heard. Whether you're a young adult navigating life’s transitions or a man working through addiction and recovery, I’m here to help you make sense of your experiences and move toward meaningful change.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and shaped by your individual needs. I work with clients to build a stronger sense of self, manage anxiety with more confidence, and grow through life’s discomforts in ways that feel purposeful and lasting.

Family
Therapy
For couples, I utilize Gottman Couples Therapy, which has been informed, and validated, by decades of research.
I am also informed by David Schnarch's work, which emphasizes the importance of having a strong sense of self, and a willingness to develop resiliency in the midst of a challenging relationship.
For families, I am here to help navigate conflict, set and boundaries, and approach parenting with compassion and practicality.
For families, I’m here to help navigate conflict, set healthy boundaries, and approach parenting with a blend of compassion and practicality.
I work with parents and teens to strengthen connection, create structure at home, and set clear technology boundaries that support healthy development.
I currently serve at House of Hope KC, a faith-based residential and outpatient facility for teens and families in the Kansas City area, where I walk alongside families through both crisis and healing.

Career
Coaching
Career coaching is a personalized process dedicated to assisting clients in navigating their professional journeys. Through a collaborative and supportive approach, I aim to help you assess your skills, interests, and values, guiding you toward fulfilling and purposeful career choices.
I have worked for nearly two decades as a corporate learning and development manager, which I was able to maintain during my two years of post-graduate studies. Balancing the demands of work, while pursuing new skills is something I would be honored to think through with you.
